Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing srtrader.work or placing any order or enquiry with SR Trader, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of srtrader.work and any commercial engagement with SR Trader, including but not limited to enquiries, orders, purchases, and trade arrangements. These terms apply to all buyers, wholesale clients, distributors, retail partners, and visitors.
If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
Products & Pricing
All product prices listed on our website or communicated via quotation are indicative and subject to prevailing market rates for agricultural commodities. SR Trader reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice.
Final confirmed prices are valid only as stated in the written quotation provided to the buyer. Prices are exclusive of GST and transportation charges unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the quotation.
- Quotation prices are valid for 15 days from the date of issue
- GST shall be charged as per applicable Indian tax laws at the time of invoicing
- Transportation and freight costs are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise
- Prices may vary based on lot size, season, and origin of produce
Order & Payment
Orders are accepted via our enquiry form, phone call, WhatsApp, or email. All orders are subject to availability of stock at the time of confirmation. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- Standard advance: 50% of invoice value (or as mutually agreed in writing)
- Balance payment is due before dispatch from our warehouse
- Accepted payment methods: NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and account payee cheque
- Cash payments are not accepted for orders above ₹10,000 (as per Indian income tax regulations)
- Orders without confirmed payment shall be held for a maximum of 72 hours
Note: SR Trader will never request payment to personal accounts or wallets. All payments must be made to our officially communicated bank account details only.
Quality & Grading
All products are supplied as per FSSAI food safety standards and the grade specified in the accepted order confirmation. SR Trader undertakes standard quality checks for moisture content, purity levels, and foreign matter before dispatch.
Natural agricultural products exhibit inherent variations in colour, texture, size, and aroma. Variations within permissible limits as per industry standards and FSSAI guidelines are not considered defects and shall not be grounds for rejection or return.
- Moisture content tested at the time of dispatch, not at destination
- Colour and grain variations within natural range are not defects
- All lots are lab-tested for FSSAI compliance
- Grading reports available on request for export consignments
Delivery
Delivery timelines communicated by SR Trader are estimates based on normal operating conditions and are not guaranteed commitments. Actual delivery timelines are subject to stock availability, processing time, transporter schedules, route conditions, and seasonal factors.
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes from SR Trader to the buyer upon handover of goods to the transporter or logistics partner at our warehouse. SR Trader is not liable for delays, losses, or damage occurring during transit.
- Door delivery available for full truckload (FTL) orders
- Partial loads dispatched via trusted freight partners
- Delivery timeline is subject to festive season demand and harvest periods
- Force majeure events (floods, strikes, natural disasters) exempt SR Trader from delivery timelines
Returns & Refunds
SR Trader accepts returns only in cases where goods are confirmed to be genuinely non-conforming with the agreed grade, specification, or FSSAI standards. Buyers must follow the claims procedure outlined below.
- Quality claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic and video evidence
- Goods must not be processed, mixed, or used before raising a quality dispute
- Approved claims will be settled by replacement of non-conforming goods or credit to buyer's account
- No cash refunds are issued after goods have been received and accepted without dispute
- Claims raised after 48 hours or without supporting documentation shall not be entertained
Private Labelling
SR Trader offers private label and custom packaging services for qualifying orders. The following conditions apply to all private label arrangements.
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) for private label applies as specified per product
- The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and FSSAI compliance of label artwork submitted to SR Trader
- SR Trader does not verify the legal accuracy of client-provided label content
- Private label orders are non-cancellable once packaging materials have been procured
- Brand identity of SR Trader shall not appear on private label packaging unless agreed in writing
Intellectual Property
All content on srtrader.work including text, images, logos, brand marks, product descriptions, pricing formats, and design elements are the intellectual property of SR Trader and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws.
Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from SR Trader is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SR Trader's total liability to any buyer or party shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the specific goods or services in the disputed transaction.
SR Trader shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or disruption of operations arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
Parties agree to first attempt resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
